Every order ships within 1–2 business days. Each plate is printed to order, so it’s made fresh for you — and it still leaves quickly.

Yes — this is the question we get most, and it’s almost always the same thing.

When we ship your order, tracking goes live right away. But USPS doesn’t update it until the package gets its first scan at a sorting facility, which can lag a day or two behind the actual pickup. So tracking can sit on “pre-transit,” or look stuck in Brooklyn, while your package is genuinely already moving.

If it hasn’t updated after a few days, message us — we’ll look into it and sort it out.

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. US orders of $50 or more ship free.

Message us with your order number — and a photo if it arrived damaged — and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

You have 7 days to return an item. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Everything in our Halloween collection is final sale. Changed your mind? Message us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll give you store credit worth 25% of what you paid, and you keep the plate. If it arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Custom pieces are printed to your exact measurements for your specific box, so they can’t be resold — please double-check your numbers before ordering. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t match the spec you gave us, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Yes — message us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it before it’s printed. After that, it’s already being made for you. Not sure which layout you have? See Which Plate Do You Have?

Look at what’s on your wall right now:

Toggle — the classic little lever you flick up and down.
Rocker (Decora) — the wide flat paddle you press.
Outlet / Duplex — a power socket, not a switch.

Then count how many are behind one plate — that’s your single, double, or triple.

No. Our duplex outlet covers mount with screws at the top and bottom rather than a single screw through the centre — which is different from some standard outlet plates. Worth knowing before you order, since it’s caught a few people out.

Yes — this is what we do best. Oversized plates, blank covers, triple rockers, four-gang and four-rocker configurations, mixed toggle/rocker/outlet layouts, non-US switch styles: if you can measure it, we can print it. See Custom Orders for exactly which measurements we need.

Often, yes. Because we print on demand, we’re not limited to what’s in the catalogue. Tell us what you’re after and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Send us a message through our Custom Orders page with what you need — layout, size or colour. We’ll confirm the price and timing, then send you a private listing link so you can check out like any other order.

PLA — a plastic made from renewable plant sources rather than petroleum. Each plate is 3D printed to order in the USA, which is how we run with no unsold stock: nothing is produced that nobody asked for.

No — about five minutes, and the only tool you need is a flat head. Screws are included. Full walkthrough on our Installation Guide.

Yes — our “Fits Philips Hue Dimmer” plates are made for the Philips Hue Dimmer Switch. You’re buying the plate only; the Hue remote is sold separately. Wallplate Studio is not affiliated with Philips.
