Processing
Plates are made to order in Brooklyn and ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom sizes or colors may take longer, and we'll tell you the timeline when you order.

Where we ship
Currently within the United States only.

Rates
Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 are charged at checkout based on UPS or USPS rates.

Delivery
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived, email wallplatestudio@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
