A small studio in Brooklyn making the one object in the room nobody chose.
Wallplate Studio began on Etsy with one Victorian frame. 15,500+ sales later, every plate is still made after it is ordered — nothing sits on a shelf, and a size or color you don't see is a message away.
Why made to order, on purpose
Any design, custom sizes
Because nothing is stocked, a design can come in up to nine configurations — and a size or color you don't see can be made on request.
Made after you order it
Every plate is made for a specific order and ships in 1–2 business days. No warehouse, no overstock.
Five-minute install
Fits standard US boxes, screws included. Remove the old plate, then one flat-head screwdriver is all it takes.
7-day returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery; the buyer pays return shipping. Custom pieces are made to measure and can't be returned.
Who makes your plates
Wallplate Studio is a small team in Brooklyn. Every design is drawn in-house and made to order, and messages are answered by the people who make your plates.
