Returns & Refunds

Every Wallplate Studio plate is made to order, so we want you to love it.

Damaged or defective?
If your plate arrives damaged, broken or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 14 days of delivery at wallplatestudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. No need to return the damaged item.

Changed your mind?
Standard designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Email wallplatestudio@gmail.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Custom orders are final sale
Plates made to custom sizes or colors can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Wrong size?
Most US switch and outlet boxes are standard. If your plate doesn't fit a standard box, contact us and we'll help find the right size.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items.
