Every Wallplate.studio piece is 3D printed to order — so if you need something outside our standard catalog, we can make it. Because each plate is printed precisely to spec, we need exact measurements from you. The more detail you give us, the more perfect the fit.

Measurements we need
Precision matters. Because your plate is printed to these exact numbers, even a millimeter or two off means it won’t seat correctly. Please measure carefully — twice — and include every dimension below.
Overall Plate Size
The finished outer width and height you want the plate to be.
Openings & Type
How many switches or outlets, and the type of each — toggle, rocker / decora, or outlet / duplex.
Internal Opening Size
The exact cutout dimensions for each individual switch or outlet hole.
Spacing & Centers
The distance between openings, and from each opening to the edges of the plate.
Screw Hole Positions
Where the mounting screw holes sit, so the plate lines up with your existing box.
A Reference Photo
A picture of your existing switch box or plate with the measurements marked helps us confirm everything.
Inches or millimeters are both fine — just tell us which you’re using, and please stay consistent throughout.
