How fast do you ship?
Most orders go out the same day, and everything ships within 1–2 business days — even though every plate is printed to order.
My tracking hasn’t moved. Did you ship it?
Almost certainly yes. USPS doesn’t update tracking until the first sorting scan, which can lag a day or two behind pickup — so it can sit on “pre-transit” while your package is already moving. If it hasn’t updated after a few days, message us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide, to 38 countries so far. International postage is paid at checkout by the customer. Our free shipping over $50 applies to US orders.
What’s your return policy?
You have 7 days to return an item, with return shipping paid by the customer. Custom pieces are made to your measurements and can’t be returned. Damaged or lost orders we replace free.
Is it hard to install?
About five minutes. One flat head tool, and the screws are included. Full walkthrough in our Installation Guide.
